444/5/6 is the first four-track ep signed by unc on the very recently born techno label aiia recordings based in lyon, france. unc (also known as dubit) means « uncompromise » (unc0mpr0m153), even by laws and habits of techno, for a free production and a free interpretation of this music composed by this berlin based techno producer. 444/5/6 is blending different ways of sound creation, as if every element in life might be used in unc s music. some industrial samples are combined with dark techno basslines and ambient synths, attesting of the experimental side of the artist. in his work, unc is giving a true estheticism to sounds normally cold and impersonal in the context of daily life. 444 blends a kind of dark and deep samples which reverberate on an almost acid but hypnotic rythm.sloven s re-interpretation of 444 puts in this track, keeping the original samples, some digital sounds on a evolving rythm... like an heart, beating and racing along this track. 445 is the most electronic, rythmically speaking, track of this ep. still gathering techno, with adding industrial samples, which makes 445 the kind of experimental track by unc. 446 is the track which most refers to techno as it s known and produced nowadays. when soft and really high synths meets agressive and speedy rythms.

tapan are from belgrade, hosts to disco not disco and now delivering two slow psychedelic techno bomb s to crimes of the future s letterbox. we first met nebjosa and the crew when we played at drug store in belgrade for them in early 2014. upon receiving these we knew they had crimes written all over them. on volumes we have two very special remixes of an already heavy original starting with willie burns taking them into the streets of manchester in the early 90 s and spending a night on at the hacienda with no thought of the gentrification approaching. drvcvltvre is the second provider and in true style switches out the lights and a spectre looms over the dancefloor dripping acid on the dancers below. the ep closes with whos there? featuring the brain melting guitars of vladimir djordjevic. quite a debut we think.

for the second release on her return to disorder label, helena hauff taps into the dark underbelly of the athens techno scene and presents the undoubted talents of greek producer morah. a resident at athens party phormix, morah has clearly been crafting his productions skills in private for some time as this three track 12inch is a powerful display of techno at its dankest. solution sets the tone, dipping into gnarled acid electro that seems to teeter on the brink of all out chaos with fellow a-side track take all similarly nasty. morah gets a chance to show his more experimental side with up in flames, a scorched exercise in freeform electronics with some particularly haunting vocals.
